Before you buy.
Which version does it run on?
Minecraft Java 1.21.11 with Fabric Loader 0.18.1 or newer. It doesn't need Fabric API, and the menu works with Sodium.
Can other players see my cosmetics?
Not yet. Cosmetics render on your client only, so you see them in third person, in the Forge and in first person. Showing them to other Venom users is on the roadmap.
How do I get the client after paying?
After you send the payment, keep the checkout page open: your key and the download appear there once the network confirms it. That takes seconds with Solana, a few minutes with Litecoin and 10 to 30 minutes with Bitcoin. PayPal, Apple Cash and Cash App are approved by hand on Discord, usually within a few hours. Then press Alt + 8 in game and paste the key.
Can I use my key on more than one PC?
A key locks to the first PC it's activated on. Got a new PC? Message on Discord for a key reset.
What happens when a 30-day key runs out?
The client stops unlocking. Buy another 30 days or upgrade to lifetime at any time.
Can I get a refund?
If Venom won't run on a supported setup and support can't fix it, you get your money back. Keys that have been activated and work aren't refundable. Full terms.
