Terms & refunds

By buying a Venom Client key you agree to the following.

What you're buying

A personal licence key for Venom Client, a client-side modification for Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.11 (Fabric). A key works on one PC: it locks to the first PC it's activated on, and support can move it to a new one. A 30-day key unlocks the client for 30 days from activation; a lifetime key unlocks it for as long as Venom is offered, including updates.

Use

• Keys are for one person. Don't share, resell or redistribute keys or the client.
• Venom includes modules that many servers forbid. You are responsible for following the rules of any server you join. Bans from third-party servers aren't grounds for a refund.
• Cosmetics render on your client only.

Refunds

If Venom doesn't run on a supported setup (Minecraft 1.21.11, Fabric Loader 0.18.1 or newer) and support can't fix it, you'll get a full refund. Working keys that have been activated aren't refundable. Crypto refunds are paid in the same coin to an address you provide.

Payments

We take Bitcoin, Litecoin and Solana, paid straight to our wallets. Each order is quoted an exact amount that's valid for 30 minutes; send exactly that amount. Payments that don't match the quote, or that arrive more than 2 hours late, are sorted out by hand through support on Discord. Crypto payments can't be reversed, so check the address and amount before you send.
